Many years ago, our neighborhood was the site of the once renowned Mineral Wells Hotel and Resort. To this day, it provides a peaceful respite and safe haven from nearby city hustle and bustle, while offering close convenience to urban amenities.

You’ll enjoy many a serene hour relaxing on a deck, porch, and patio, overlooking your parklike setting, a showcase for abundant Azaleas in Spring and a forest of fiery leaves in Autumn. The several ponds nestled throughout Hunters Run host Canadian Geese, Blue Heron and Mallards. The rolling knolls of giant Oaks, Cedars, and Magnolias give nestling to Redtails Hawks, Doves, and a variety of songbirds. You’ll see the scurrying of Grey Squirrels, Red Fox, Brown Rabbits, Chipmunks, and Deer.

In an effort toward maintaining our tranquil environment, our community is united in the vigilant goal of keeping our neighborhood safe and secure through a proactive and successful Neighborhood Watch Program. We also strive to preserve and enhance the quality of our property values through an organized and engaged Homeowner’s Association.
